As a big data company in the real estate industry, we research and analyse real estate data from more than a hundred-million properties every year. We carry out logical and clear real estate investment consulting for businesses and individuals, including predicting trends of the condominium market and housing starts, and performing statistical analysis of apartment prices, known as "Oki-style market price" and “Oki-style probability of profits". President Profile


Graduated in 1988 from Keio University, Faculty of Economics.
Following his time in consulting companies affiliated with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and real estate consulting companies, founded Attractors Lab Co., Ltd (now Style Act Co., Ltd) in 1998 and assumed office as President.
Specialises in research and consulting that makes full use of big data in Japan's highest level real estate, combining the three fields of marketing, statistics and IT in the housing industry.
Has also held positions in the "Housing Energy Performance Indicator Investigative Committee" of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
There are now over 180,000 members of "Sumai Surfin", a condominium apartment pricing site run by the company since its foundation.
Also active in writing projects. After publishing the best seller “Replace Your Apartment In 10 Years” (Asahi Shimbun Publications, Dec 2012), there was a significant increase in people who thought of their residential apartments as investment properties. “Tower Mansion Tax Reduction! Perform Succession Measures in Tokyo Real Estate” (Asahi Shimbun Publications, Jan 2014), and other books on succession have been highly regarded as bibles on succession measures.
The level of satisfaction amongst audiences at his seminars is extremely high, averaging at over 90%. In particular, much feedback was received for the “Blue Island Strategy Seminar” in which he revealed his personal business strategy, including the following: “logical and easy to understand, I was so moved it shook my heart.
